HOW DO I PURCHASE A REGISTRATION?
All registrations can be purchased online prior to the event at the link above. Each registration is only good for that specific date and party time.
WHAT DOES THE REGISTRATION INCLUDE/COVER?
Each registration covers your entire household (and everyone in your house at the time of the party). Registrations are limited to only a few households per event, so grab your closest friends (and maybe your little brother or sister) and snag your registration before they are gone!
WHAT TIME DOES THE HOUSE PARTY START?
All advertised start times are in the Central Time Zone. Please be sure you properly adjust and account for the appropriate time zone where you live.
WHAT HAPPENS AT A “HOUSE PARTY”?
You and your friends will be a part of an exclusive, online event with live music, games, and interactive elements. Each party is limited to only a few households. Kevin will shout out your party, play some songs, and take your questions. There will also be some fun surprises thrown in!
WILL KEVIN BE PARTICIPATING LIVE OR IS THIS A PRE-RECORDED EVENT?
Kevin will be participating in each House Party live and in-person! He’ll be playing a few songs, answering some of your questions, and interacting directly with House Party attendees.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A REGULAR “HOUSE PARTY” AND A VIP “HOUSE PARTY”?
At a regular house party, you’ll be joining Kevin with only a few other households. With a VIP party, it’s just your house and Kevin for the party. Super exclusive!
I’VE PURCHASED MY REGISTRATION BUT DON’T UNDERSTAND HOW TO JOIN THE PARTY?
The house party will be hosted on the Zoom conference and webinar platform. After purchasing your registration, you’ll receive 2 communications: the first will be your confirmation email from Platform Tickets verifying your purchase, and the second will be your unique link from Zoom to join the House Party. That second communication may take some time to generate, so please be patient as orders are processed, verified, and distributed.
I HAVE PURCHASED A REGISTRATION AND I LOST IT, OR I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT DO I DO?

WHAT IF MY PLANS CHANGE AND I CAN NO LONGER USE MY REGISTRATION?
All sales are final. No refunds will be available.
WHAT IF I HAVE TROUBLE JOINING THE PARTY OR NEED TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE DURING THE EVENT?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you experience technical difficulties at any time. This email address will be monitored throughout the event.
WILL MERCHANDISE BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?
Kevin will have merchandise available as part of the party registration purchase process. When you purchase your registration, you can add the merchandise item/s of your choice to your order. Merchandise will also be available for purchase during the House Party, and we’ll also send you a link post-event if you wish to purchase then.
WHAT IF WE ARE RUNNING LATE?
All events will start promptly at the advertised time, but you can join at any time. Don’t worry if you’re running a few minutes behind. Just click the link in your Zoom confirmation and, as long as the House Party is still in session, you can join the party when you’re able.
