FAQ's

DO I HAVE TO STAY IN MY VEHICLE DURING THE SHOW?
No! You will be allowed to watch the show from outside the vehicle, but will be required to sit between your vehicle and the stage, and stay within your designated parking space. Parking spaces have been set up to allow for space for lawn chairs, blankets, etc. You must continue to maintain all social distancing requirements. Do not block or occupy spaces between vehicles or in the designated walkways, etc. Please use common courtesy as we want everyone to enjoy the show. Masks are required if you leave your parking space for any reason.

HOW DO I PURCHASE A TICKET?
All tickets must be purchased online prior to the event here. Tickets will not be sold on-site. Each ticket is only good for that specific date and city.

HOW DO I SCAN MY TICKET?
When you arrive, you will present your ticket for contact-free scanning. Please hold your phone with your ticket pulled up against your rolled-up window so our staff can scan through the glass.

WILL THE ARTISTS BE THERE OR IS THIS A SIMULCAST EVENT?
The artists will be performing LIVE and IN PERSON (just like a normal show).

DO ALL ATTENDEES HAVE TO ARRIVE TOGETHER IN THE VEHICLE?
Yes! All attendees (passengers) must arrive together in their vehicle at the same time. There will be NO walk in entrance. You must be in your vehicle to be allowed entrance to the event.

I HAVE PURCHASED A TICKET AND I LOST IT, OR I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. WHAT DO I DO?

WHAT IF MY PLANS CHANGE AND I CAN NO LONGER USE MY TICKET?
All sales are final. No refunds will be available.

CAN I USE MY TICKET FROM A POSTPONED OR RESCHEDULED SHOW FOR A TAILGATE EVENT?
No. Tickets are only valid for the event for which they were purchased. There is no way to transfer tickets from one show to another.

ARE KIDS ALLOWED?
Absolutely! Kids are allowed and all kids under 4 are FREE.

ARE PARKING SPACES ASSIGNED?
No. All tickets are General Admission and will not be assigned prior to arrival. Upon arrival, attendants will assign you a space and direct you for parking. For those fans looking to get as close as possible, a limited number of VIP tickets are available and include the best spaces in the lot closest to the stage. No spaces can be reserved for groups.

HOW DO I LISTEN TO THE SHOW?
We will have a live audio system (just like at a normal show). Fans will be allowed to sit outside their cars to enjoy the show!

WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?
Get out of your car and enjoy the show! Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, sunscreen, and coolers! You can also bring your truck or SUV and drop the tailgate!
Note: You will need to remain within your designated parking space to maintain social distancing guidelines.

WHAT KINDS OF VEHICLES ARE PERMITTED?
Personal vehicles that fit into a standard parking space are allowed. Vans, trucks, and large SUVs will be parked in designated areas.

DO I NEED TO TURN OFF MY DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHTS ON MY VEHICLE IF I’M LISTENING IN ACCESSORY MODE?
Yes. If you put your vehicle in accessory mode to listen to the show on your vehicle’s radio, please turn off the daytime running lights. There may be instructions in your vehicle’s owner’s manual on how to turn off daytime running lights. If you cannot turn them off, please cover the lights. Please bring brown paper or plastic and tape to carefully cover your lights during the show and remember to remove it before you leave.

CAN I ROLL DOWN MY WINDOWS DURING THE SHOW?
Absolutely!

CAN I LEAVE THE HATCHBACK OF MY SUV OPEN?
Hatchbacks may be open but must be kept no higher than the top of the vehicle to prevent blocking the view of those behind you.

IS TAILGATING PERMITTED?
For the safety of all staff and fans, traditional tailgating will NOT be allowed (yard games, grills or fryers, generators, etc.).

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL ITEMS OR ACTIVITIES NOT PERMITTED?
Yes. Fireworks, laser pointers, drones, tents/tarps, kerosene lamps or open flames, wagons/strollers, or weapons WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. Selling, promoting, or advertising any third-party companies or products will not be permitted. DISORDERLY CONDUCT WILL NOT BE TOLERATED OR PERMITTED. FAILURE TO ADHERE TO GUIDELINES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE REMOVAL. All vehicles and personal effects are subject to search.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD OR WILL CONCESSIONS BE AVAILABLE?
You may bring in a cooler full of your own food and beverages. There will be a $20/per cooler fee that can be purchased in advance with your tickets. You can also purchase food and beverages at concession stands available throughout the event.

WILL RESTROOMS BE AVAILABLE?
Yes, a limited number of restrooms will be available. We ask that fans limit the reason to leave their designated parking area. Fans must follow all social distancing restrictions and instructions. Please wear a mask to the restrooms.

WHAT IF I NEED ASSISTANCE DURING THE EVENT?
If you have an emergency, please call 911 first, then notify the nearest event staff member.

CAN I SMOKE IN THE PARKING LOT?
No. Smoking is not permitted (this includes vaping).

WILL MERCHANDISE BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?
Event merchandise will be sold both as an add-on option to your ticket purchase as well as on-site the day of the show.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
Event will continue rain or shine. Your safety is our priority, so in the event that local safety officials deem it unsafe to continue the show we will communicate that to everyone via the video walls.

CAN WE COME AND GO FROM THE EVENT?
Once you arrive, you will not be permitted to leave the grounds until the conclusion of the show, except in the case of an emergency.

WHAT IF WE ARE RUNNING LATE?
We encourage fans to allow themselves plenty of time to arrive and be parked before the start of the show. However, if you do arrive late, our parking attendants will direct you to a parking space as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that parking is filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?
No pets will be allowed into the event unless it is a licensed service or support animal.

WHAT DO WE DO WITH OUR TRASH?
To limit contact and the potential spread of germs, we do ask that you please take your trash with you to dispose of at home.
