Mac Powell

Mac Powell of Third Day has recently released his debut country music album. He is heading out on a 19-city tour this fall starting on September 14 and wrapping up on November 4.

While continuing to be frontman and lead singer for Third Day, Mac has "put together a collection of country songs that reach back into the musical influences of his childhood," according to his website. "The rootsy collection of foot-stompin', hand clappin' country tunes is a way for Mac to pay tribute to his early musical inspirations..."

The pre-release on www.macpowell.com features 12 original country songs not available anywhere else. This pre-release is part of a limited edition 500 CD pressing, and is sure to be a collector's item! They will be available soon on iTunes!
